Asperger Syndrome

Children with Asperger syndrome usually have normal language development and also demonstrate cognitive skills. Sometimes, the language may be slightly delayed. It is not at home echolalia, neologisms, idiosyncratic use of speech, pronoun reversals, etc.. They are less affected in their social behavior, in that they are reasonably attached to their parents and other family members. This is the place of their peers that disorder manifests the quality of reciprocal social interaction. These children show imagination in the game, although it is rather repetitive in nature and lack of creativity. These children develop concerns very pronounced and unusual. For example: a sustained interest in insects, the characters in science fiction, underground subways, etc.
